The medium (8-10) size fit our petite 10-1/2 year old so well length especially. The costume appears to be fairly well made (as far as costumes go that is) and could also be used for Halloween and passed down to other children for school performances. The dress is all one piece with an opening at the back that ties and the hat is included which looks very cute. The costume was shipped promptly and we received it in just a few days time.
