The only significant problem I had was that the back of the costume was see-through and unpainted. I went to the store and bought paint and a brush, and painted the back of the costume to look like more blood. Cost was about $7 for the supplies. The color of the blood on the crown and wig was a bit pinkish, so I added a little bit of the extra red paint I boguth to it.
Also, the straps were really crappy, so I had to sew them so they would not break. I did this with just a needle and thread, and it only took a few minutes.
I got a lot of compliments on this costume, which meant it was a good choice.
