(More customer reviews)The dress is cheap, the "basket" is actually a cardboard "basket" that you fold together with tape. The dog is gray and doesn't really resemble Toto at all. The dress is cute, but the characters on it are screenprinted on, and look kind of scary. When I ordered it, I was hoping they were appliques so I could just remove them, but no such luck. Overall definitely a disappointment and will be returning it.
