(More customer reviews)The material is very light. The cape kept pulling/choking on my daughter's neck (where it was tied). By her third Halloween event, she was not wearing the cape. Also, the picture makes it look like the hair is a full wig but it is not. The hair piece is mostly netting, with two side pieces of hair so you have to wear the cape to cover the netting part and make it look like a full wig.
