(More customer reviews)Once it arrived, I automatically saw a cheaply made costume. The ruching on the top was so loose that it kept falling off my daughters shoulders. I eventually had to sew the top to prevent it from falling off. If I ordered a smaller size, then the skirt would be too short. The wings were so contorted that it never looked like "wings". I constantly had to keep re-wiring it so it can look descent. At least she only had to wear it a few times for 3 different Halloween parties, but it will not be passed down to my younger daughter.
