Definately purchase petticoat for costume though, skirt looks so much better full! Doesn't come with hat, which is fine. Found a crown on EBay. I will say this....the collar that comes with the costume is a waste of time....it's really not something that you can make look good, I don't even think ironing it or steaming it could make it come back to life after being smooshed in a bag!They could make it cost less if they just exclude that item altogether. That's okay it looks better without it. The dress itself is worth cost alone!!!!!!! So FUN! Halloween should be a blast!
