Was told by Customer Service twice that the shipping would also be refunded, all but $1.00. Shipping to return item was either $9.50 without confirmation and $10.50 for Priority with confirmation. Since I expected shipping refunded, I spent the $10.50 to ensure costume was returned safely. Costume Craze said that a bent mask was not considered a defect and therefore would not refund shipping despite what Customer Service said when I called.
