(More customer reviews)this dress is not worth the money. it doesn't even come close to being that puffy. you have to buy a petticoat to get the look of picture. that's another $20 bucks at least. you would think for the price it would come with a petticoat and look like the picture. i would recommend finding a cheaper dress unless you want to spend more for a petticoat or unless you have one.
