(More customer reviews)I absolutely love this costume with the following exceptions. First, the sizing chart said that XL fit size 16/18. Since I bounce between 14 and 16, I felt quite comfortable with that range. However, when I tried it on.......snug as a bug......so to speak. So PLEASE order a size larger if you can!! Second, the belt........are you kidding me?? The belt would fit the waist of a 10 y/o pre-pubescent girl. I had to cut the elastic bands in the back and add new elastic. Just an FYI!

(More customer reviews)The fabric of this Scooby costume is pretty thin and cheap, but it's not like you're paying a mint for it. The hat didn't work very well on my granddaughter and the collar was kind of a joke. It had gotten bent up and because it was made out of thin foam, we didn't want to iron it. But the child was definitely recognizeable as Scooby and it was easy to get on and off as long as she had adult help so I would say this is a decent Halloween costume as far as things go. It didn't last very long for playing in, but Halloween was fine.

(More customer reviews)I bought this costume in brown (same style) Cute costume, reasonable price but be warned this costume runs smaller than other costumes offered by the manufacturer (Leg Avenue)
The jacket has no give/stretch at all. I am 5'5" 118 lbs (typically a size 2-4 or a size small) this costume is a very tight fit. Size small is supposed to fit sizes 0-6. If you are bordering the end of the size range (a size 5 or 6) I recommend ordering the next size up.
The dress is sewn into the jacket (one piece) It's very short so either buy a pair of ruffly underwear or buy a petticoat to complete the outfit.

(More customer reviews)The costume was beautiful but was oddly fitted for boobs. Granted I don't have much to work with (i'm a 34B/C...)It was just kinda floopy in the chest area. Not to mention it was super itchy and VERY snug on the arms...almost to the point of annoyance. Needless to say I returned this costume due to its inability to fit properly and horrible discomfort. I'm a size 9 in jeans and ordered a Medium size....and it was still too small on my hips but too big for my chest. ALSO, the waist part is too high.the silver hip fabric starts at the bottom of my ribs. Makes me look frumpy. Sorry to be so negative but just thought I'd be honest. Use your best judgement.

(More customer reviews)I have a 3 month old little boy, who is small for his age. This costume is absolutly perfect for his size. It's so soft and will be great for Halloween night, and it's a robe so he can wear a sleeper under it.
HOWEVER--I did order the Newborn (0-6 months) size, and I'm not sure it would fit a normal size 4-6 month old baby; it certainly wouldn't have fit my oldest when he was 4 months old. My little one is only 9 pounds at 3 months and it fits perfect.

He loves it and never wants to take it off. I was worried about the mask fitting completely over his face and blocking his airway but it doesn't seem to interfere with his breathing. I do however make him take it off for air more often just for my own comfort.
